Test accurate

Hello,
I have a question concerning the Qraquick Advaned oral swab test.  After a potential expose, unprotected intercourse with a female, both vaginal and anal, oral.  I devoloved a rash, I tested at the 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months with the oral swab Oraquick test at a planned parenthood, all were negative.  Are these test accurate and concluusive?  Would all of these possible give a false negative?  I have read alot of misinformation on line.

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply, I was concerned because I devolved another rash and Dr said it may be a virus.

3 months was conclusive, you don't have HIV.
