I had protected sex with hiv positive and used condom with blow job and inter  course after that I gave a look to it and all the sperm was accumulated at top do I need a test

You can't get hiv when you used a condom. If a condom fails, it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters by the ring, so your close inspection was a waste of time. Time to move on from hiv.

Condoms are safe. There is no requirement for testing. ANM has provided the most accurate information.
