Tested negative

Hi, I had unprotected sex and shared needles at an orgy party, and I tested HIV negative after 88 days later(12.5 weeks). Can I be considered safe?

OMG...YOU'RE ASKING ME "WHY" I SAID YOURE LUCKY?????   YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ! ! !

YOU HAD UNPROTECTED SEX "AND" SHARED NEEDLES AT AN ORGY...GEEEEEEEEEEEZ

you have a conclusive negative test result...proving that you were LUCKY and didnt contract hiv.  move on, as you do not have a hiv concern.

so I am safe? why do you say i am lucky? Is it because I slept with both men and women at the same time without condoms?

Doesn't matter if they are negative or not. You are negative.

Hi,I have had an insti HIV test at a citydoc doctors facility in london, this was 4.5 months after my sexual incounter and it was negitive...i found i was still completely unconvinced about the result and i think im suffring for HIV anxiety, a few moths later, 7 months after contact.. i got so worked up i went back for a second Insti test at the same location adminitered by the same doctor, this too came back negitive but im still so anxious and find myself thinking either the test result is not right or "Is this test as reliable as they say."
Im finding it really difficult to accept that i do not have hiv and the guilt is getting the better of me.(im Married with young kids) did a very stupid thing!
I have not had contact (verble or otherwise) with the person i had sex with so dont know if they were perhaps posotive or not.

Are the Insti tests reliable?

Would appreciate any advice.

Many Thanks
