They all count as HIV symptoms, but not factors extending the conclusive test result. And as LIZZIE LOU has said, they don't tell if you really have HIV since they can be out of your fear and/or another disease. So the test at 3 months post-exposure will tell if you really have HIV and there's no chance of false negative at that time for your case.

If these symptoms stay some time even after the negative result, try to ease your fear first and you can consult at HIV anxiety support forum here at the bottom right hand side of this page or seek mental help ASSUMING you have HIV anxiety. But if you don't, try to consult a doctor.

The internet wasn't created so that people with no medical knowledge can diagnose themselves with illnesses. You have Googlechondria and nothing that you mentioned delays seroconversion. The only way you can determine your status is by testing.

Testing is the only way to know. You can test now and get a conclusive result. If you search the internet, you'll find just about any symptom is a sign, its misleading, and really doesn't do anything to help. Testing is the key to find out your status.

No, 3 months is rare these days...Testing at 3 months post exposure is conclusive and at that time, you can rule of HIV and not worry about it anymore!
