Testing in Turkey

I am from Canada and right now I am living in Turkey. I just had a 6 week HIV test done and it was negative. But now I am concerned that the test could be bogus because it said HIV 1/2 (Dogrulama). I dont speak turkish so I dont know what that test is. I would think a test such as Elisa would be the same in every language. Should I be worried about the accuracy of my Negative?

Thanks

Avoid unprotected sex in a country where you don't believe their test accuracy or don't try it before learning the native language.

In Canada the guidelines are 3 months to obtain a conclusive test result. Same as with the US..
