Three different encounters

Hello I will try to be as brief as possible as I know the stance of the forum on many of my questions non the less would appreciate extra reassurance

I had three separate sexual encounters since the end of April that have turned my life into an Anxious wreck and have me like a fool checking forums, symptoms, and above all counting weeks like an idiot

1st Encounter April 29 brief protected vaginal intercourse with a female of unknown status I was a bit worried as after ejaculation I thrusted a couple of more times and my condom slipped a bit exposing the base of the penis but the head remained covered. added to the fact i may have touched my penis head with my hand covered in vaginal fluid had me very concerned I waited 5 weeks and got a 4th generation HIV test done which came back negative according to my Dr the results were conclusive as I had no risk to minimal risk at worst

2nd encounter After not been able to abstain from sex 4 weeks after my test I had another encounter with a female of unknown status protection was used as well but what concerned me this time was that as I was putting my condom I may have again touche my penis with my hand with vaginal fluid on it, apart from that protection didnt fail to my knowledge

3rd encounter was one week ago (7 weeks after the second encounter) I had protected Vaginal intercourse with a female of unknow status, twice, two different condoms were used and did not fail as my semen was inside and i filled them up with water to check for leaks   there was some deep kissing evolved and I have a history of bad gums which occasionally bleed to my knowledge they weren't at the time
There was also some fingering involved which concerns me as afterwards inadvertently I touched my eyes, now, I am pretty certain I washed my hands before but not 100% sure would this pose a risk either way?

One week later (today) i have mild flu like symptoms runny nose and a bit of sore throat

Should i be concerned about this been HIV related? did I put myself at any risk of contracting HIV from the above described? should I test? how effective is the use of condoms against HIV and STDs here I read that if you have protected sex you are at no risk yet the condom website state their effective rate at 95 -98% why is that variation??

Thank you for reading and Answering

hiv is an evil little *******. the amount of stress is causes to even hiv negative folks (such as yourself), is insane. protected sex is 99.99% risk free - nothing is 100% - but hiv is unable to penetrate the latex/ polyurethane barrier, that much is true.

Hello I just want to follow up my post...it has been three weeks since my last ecouter and at the sixth day I cought a small flu and now at the end of the third week I have small red dots on the back of both forearms. ..does this resemble ARS in any way?

On the other hand I know my enconters wee protected and they pose no risk of hiv but here in the forum I have read answers stating that protected encounters pose "little to no risk" what is the criteria for "LITTLE"? Or is protected sex simply NO RISK plain and simple?

You already know the answers, as you've already said.

NOTHING you did placed you at risk for HIV.  It's obvious that anxiety is ruling your thoughts....as you're having trouble accepting that when you're using a condon, you're protected, unless the condom breaks (slippage isn't a risk)....and that condom breaks are VERY obvious, you don't need to be testing them with water.  If you pulled it off in one piece, it's good.

I strongly urge you to seek professional help for your anxieties about HIV before they get worse.  I would also advise doing that before you have more sexual encounters that you're going to worry about.
