Thrush

I was exposed thru unprotected viginal sex with an infected patener sometime begining of April, and went on PEP within 24 hours but however during my PEP treatment in week 4 i started to have a sore throat but was mild, didnt take any medication about it,now more than 7 weeks after the exposure i still have the sore throat and now getting worse with tense neck and swollen glands in the neck,i have since finished PEP and was tested at 53 days from exposure and was negative with Tridot test,i didnt have any other problem other than this Sore throat and swollwn glands in the neck,

1.Can this be a sign of Infection?
2.How long does ARS symptoms like sore throat supposed to last?
