To Teak and others, please answer

Back on January 11 i was at work and i had a headache and i went to the services department to get some aspirin. As i opened the door to the first aide kit (that's were the aprin is kept) i notices some blood on the latch that locks the door. I took the package of aspirin and wiped it on the blood to see if it was still fresh, it didn't look like it was but i didn't sit there and study it. I went and washed my hands.

Now today i needed to get a band aid because last night i had a hangnail that was ripped off my thumb and it bled a little bit but i still wanted to keep a band aid on it. I was reluctant to go to the same first aid kit because of what happened about when i found the blood on the latch. Well i thought of what would be the odds of me finding some more blood, i went to get a band aid and sure enough there was some blood on the box of band aids. Im not sure how "open" my cut is, It happened the night before and its not bleeding or anything,. Its just real red and if i squeeze it some clear liquid stuff would come out. I took a finger splint that was in the kit and wiped it on the blood on the box of band aids and it looks like it to was kind of dry. (perhaps its from the same day when i found the blood on the door back in January). Anyways with me having real bad OCD and anxiety about HIV i am scared that by touching the blood on these two occasions have put me at risk for HIV, Do i need to be tested. i am scared even more than other and need some help.
