1) Two penises rub against each other for a period of time
2) Man tries to insert penis in my butt without condom. Penetration was unsuccessful, but his uncut head did touch the spchinter muscle and maybe little bit of the insides close to the muscle ring. There is a small scratch wound beside the ring.
3) Giving the man oral sex.
My butt still itches and wound not completely closed. Not sure what that means.

No risk but in the future if you are planning on having anal or vaginal sex use a CONDOM and a water base lube.
