If you have read the other threads then you also will know that the answer is no.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
Well I wanted to know if touching infected blood was a risk. Other posts the answer is no. What if it touches fresh cut?
