Tongue cut

I met a guy online and we hooked up yesterday. He says he only has safe sex and is negative. When we were kissing he was kind of ruff and bit the tip of my tongue. I think I might have tasted blood for a second or so, not really sure. I can see a mark on my tongue where it happened.

He did not "finish" in my mouth, but I did see and taste a lot of pre-cum. As I don't know him all that well, and he could be wrong or guessing about being negative, should I go for medical advice and start PEP? Not sure if I should really worry or not...

Thank you Teak. I know oral sex is not really a risk, just with the fresh bite on my tongue and some pre fluids I was a little worried. Thanks for your help.
