URGENT question regarding pep

hello,

this is a strange instance, at least for me, i had an exposure maybe someone that's more experienced in the medical field would call it something else.

i play music occasionally with friends in public, yesterday i didn't have my guitar with me so i needed to borrow from a friend that i didn't know much about. i went to her studio and we decided to jam together a little bit, i played her guitar during the entire time. (an electric guitar / metal strings) and later day performed with the same guitar at a gig. today i was told that the girl is a drug addict for a long time and is hiv+

what i'm afraid of is that the tips of my fingers have wounds from heavy playing. bleeding little bit from time to time, the skin is broken in all 4 fingers. as we were jamming she had to leave the room to get a tampon since she was on her period. the idea that ''maybe there was some blood on the fretboard of the guitar'' or ''maybe there was some blood on the fretboard from her playing'' is circling in my mind. is there a possbility to contract hiv that way? i know these are paranoid thoughts but i can't help myself.

fresh wounds on fingertips to fresh or dried blood, do i need to take PEP from such an event? today i contacted the girl and she told me she's not on medication. it has been 24 hours since the event. would any of you recommend seeing HIV specialist for PEP?

really appreciate your replies,

have a nice day

ok i read it, the reason that i'm posting here is that i'm really concerned about this. i don't have any anxiety issues but the reason that i know she's hiv+ is making me ask these questions. if you were me would you from a situation like this?
