Unprotected oral Sex and Promiscuity

My question is;
   I am a man who has engaged in unprotected (receiving only) oral sex with multiple partners 50+ in the last 4 years. Perhaps it warrants my mentioning that these were men that I met on a 'sex personals" website. I am quite sure that I am addicted to sex, but that is an issue I am recently addressing with a therapist. I understand that the position of this panel is that oral sex has no risk for HIV transmission...but does a high number of "unprotected oral sex" incidents change that?

Zero risk.HIV Testing no required.

Oral sex (unprotected) Zero risk for HIV .

HIV is transmitted through:

1)Unprotected penetrative sex with someone who is infected.(unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse )

2)From a mother who is infected to her baby; this can occur during pregnancy, at birth and through breastfeeding.

3)Sharing needles with HIV infected person during IV drug intake.

Always use condoms properly and never share needles
