Unprotected oral and protected vaginal from CSW

Before a month I have a unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex with CSW. She ask me for condom, and I dont have one so we stop at gas station and she buy new pack, I didnt see which brand. Then he give me oral, first maybe 30-40 seconds without condom and then she put condom on and contine for more 30-40 sec. I dont know did I ejaculate, beacause I lose erection. We change pose for vaginal sex and I tried to penetrate her and cant so he give me oral two times and I got some erection. In one moment I feel her teeths on condom, but I believe that condom stay on my penis. After that I penetrate her for maybe minute, probably less. But because I have half erection I pull penis out. When I penetrate her feeling was like I have condom on. Never before have condom broke and dont know how its like. My biggest concern if condom can broke on half erected penis?

When I pulled penis out after a minute I take condom off. There was dark and I didnt inspect condom, but I feel some fluids inside. Is possible that I have precum after first oral and fluids spread isnide condom on penis shaft at both sides? And how I know when condom broke, even on half erected penis?

Before 7 days I feel some symptoms of urinal infection, I pee often and before few days I see a discharge from penis, without color like a drop of water which is very sticky. Now Im on antibiotics for NGU. My fears come back and anxiety killing me now. If I got NGU is that mean that I can catch HIV too? I receive short oral and got NGU is that a possible? Maybe condom is broke and I didnt notice that because penis dont have full erection?

I just need to hear opinion from someone else. I will go for HIV test at 09. november but anxiety killing me and next couple days will be worst for me.

Thanks

Yesterday I go to for blood test but results will be after 7 days, so today I took Rapid HIV test and results is negative. That is after 6 weeks, actually after 45 days from encounter.

Is 6 weeks Rapid HIV test conclusive? Do I need more testing? I will wait for first test to confirm this, but they told me that Rapid is 99.99% accurate.

Thanks

You had protected vaginal sex........NO RISK FOR HIV AND NO NEED TO TEST.

If a condom fails (breaks) you will have no doubt. When they fail, they fail catastrophically. There will be nothing much left but a few shreds and the ring at the base of your penis. Condoms do NOT get little holes or tears! It is unlikely that a condom will fail if you are not fully erect.

You also had UNPROTECTED oral sex which is NOT a risk for HIV but can be a risk for other STI's. You should consider testing for those.

Fluid inside the condom was undoubtedly pre-cum. You do not have to be fully erect to produce pre-cum.

NGU..........or non-gonococcal urethritis means inflammation of the urethra and is treated with antibiotics. Non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) is due to causes other than gonorrhea.
NGU does NOT make you more susceptible to contracting HIV, but it is strongly advised that you abstain from sex (even with a condom) until the infection is completely cleared.

Test for HIV on Nov. 9th if that is what YOU need to do for peace of mind. There is nothing wrong with that. But please have them test for other STI's while you're there. Might as well get a clean slate with that peace of mind.

Thanks a lot for your answers and your support! I was afraid because dont know how is possible to get NGU and at some websites I read that you cant easily catch NGU from oral sex - and I have it. So that was my biggest concern. I know that HIV cant be transmitted by oral sex, and when I read that NGU cant be too then I was afraid about condom thing.

I will test and for other STDs too, was planing that. Of course HIV test is for peace of mind because these days I have many "what if" things in my mind.

Thanks again Ruby!
You're welcome and I wish you the best outcome.

The reason why your test is negative is because as Ruby told you, there was no risk from what you described. Since you were never exposed to HIV then you're going to get negative results no matter when you take the test. Also since you didn't have a risk then your tests are conclusive because you were never exposed to HIV in the first place.
