Do not know what kind of test you took. Is it a 4th Gen Test? If it is, then your 28 day result looks good . If not then do a follow up test at day 90. Move on and never again expose yourself without protection.
Oral sex is not a risk. I second GR. We all make mistakes sometimes, repentance is a sign that we want to put effort into corrections or make a radical change. A therapist can help you overcoming this issue, HIV is not your concern. Testing isn't recommended. See a doctor for your ailments, they are unrelated to HIV, they seem to be specific to anxiety.
I hear you and have been in a similar boat. All I want to add is that I hope you are well and get through this OK. Guilt and anxiety are painful things but you can get through it.
I'm sorry you are so worried and I hope it helps to be told you don't need to be. Because you don't. Oral sex will not give you hiv. Saliva and air inactivate the virus. The only risks for adults include unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. So, you need not worry about HIV. I hope that your throat infection is better with antibiotics. Rest easy, no worry here for HIV as it was no risk.
Chill , unprotected oral isnt a risk for hiv. Even with bruises , sores, cuts . saliva inactivates the virus. Testing wasnt needed.
The only risks are
Vagina and anal sex.
Sharing syringes.
The guilt is amplifying your anxiety, seek help for that. Hiv is not your problem
