Unprotected sex with "professional"...Do I have HIV?

I've been doing alot of research on this site about how you can get HIV and decided to register and share my OWN experience to get an opinion on the matter.
These events have occured less than 4 hours ago so its still way too early to get an HIV test but im sort of freaking out and I wanna get professional advice online.
So basically i live in Abu Dhabi, UAE where the prevelance of HIV is very low, regardless i had an encounter with..lets just say a "professional"...that was unprotected. Im not into the whole hooker thing and do this extremely rarely. I had sex with her twice. Once with a condom, the second time without. The reason I went again without one was cause neither of us had one for round 2 and lets just say i was thinking with the wrong head. The thing is she reassured me before we did anything that its very strict and regulated here and that she was clean. I did however only have sex for about 5 mins when i realized that this was by far the stupidest thing i could ever do and stopped without ejaculating. She too hadnt orgasmed and wasnt very wet while we were having intercourse. I was a bit cold after and asked her to leave. When i showed her the door she kissed me really roughly, i guess cause she could tell i was pissed, i pushed her away and just asked her to leave. I left my mouth closed while she kissed me but noticed that she bit my lip and made me bleed. She didnt seem to have any cuts on or in her mouth but im still worried that that may be factor in getting HIV. Im a 21 year old male with no previous STD histories of any kind. So as the tittle suggests, what are the chances i got HIV or any other type of STD... I like numbers...i want someone to go like....its low its like 1/100000000 or 0.00000000001%...BE HONEST PLEASE!!!

P.S.: I know this is irrelvant since its so soon but i feel perfectly fine i.e. no symptoms of anything...and i cleaned myself and especially my penis very thoroughly as soon as she left. And im circumsized.

man even i stay in Dubai -U.A.E. 3 months ago i hooked with a pros & had an protected Vaginal & unprotected Oral,so was concerned but as teak & Dr HHH said there is no risk for unprotected Oral it relieved me.
What you say is true about the blood test thing but ill like to inform you that mostly these pros are on visit visas here in UAE & they dont need a blood test for it.So thats y by doing unprotected u put ur self at risk.

nursegirl6572..thank you for your being so comforting...but I understand that an HIV test is ultimately the only way to be certain of my situation....the thing is unfortunately there is no such thing as annoynomous testing here. Every positive diagnosis is directly reported to health officials with the consequences I have mentioned above ensuing immediately. Basically your screwed if you have it. But whatever im here to hear things like "HIV is NOT an easy virus to transmit....but a risk is still a risk." Thank you for saying that. Its like i know all the facts i just like to hear them again and again. But honestly im just an idiot. A boy. that like most boys, although intelligent, is weak when it comes to sex. I just realised im registered as a female.

Do not concern yourself with "hearsay" like you were given here...all it does is increase anxiety.  I happen to know a lot of people in PA who transmitted the virus...but I certainly wouldn't share that info to a person posting here from PA asking about a risk...it is a bit inappropriate, when the point of "you had a risk" could have been accomplished by just saying that.

Just get tested like we recommended.  Don't let anxiety overcome you in the meantime.  Get OFF the internet and just go about your daily life.  The facts are...HIV is NOT an easy virus to transmit....but a risk is still a risk.  So, you know you have to test to be on the safe side, but also don't worry yourself sick about it either.

diver58.......thanks for replying. These individuals you speak about...did they contract it from prostitutes? or people they met and had a fling with?... also were they here on holiday or working/residing? Abu Dhabi or Dubai? UAE law requires you to take a blood test when renewing or applying for your residencey visa and/or work permit primarily to check for HIV. Everyone thats tested positive is denied health benefits, quarntined and deported to their country of origin as soon as possible.

You COULD go and ask this girl to test together with you.  That would help relieve some anxiety.

However....the more logical approach is to be tested at 6-8 weeks after the exposure.  That will give you a very good idea of where you stand.  Chances are if you've been exposed and became infected, your test would be POS by then.  Follow that up with a test at 3 months for your conclusive result.

And yes.....insist on condoms each and every time you have vaginal or anal sex.

werty87 ! HIV is not a game of numbers and probabilities. Just one exposure is enough sometime for transmission to take place.I know quite a few individuals who picked up the infection from United Arab Emirates, therefore do not feel relaxed considering the region you are living in. Always be careful and use protection consistently and correctly with anyone outside your mutually committed (though you are mutually committed when sleeping with anyone else) monogamous relationship,.
