Unprotected vaginal sex, DUO test questions.

Hi, I have questions about 4TH gen/duo/combo HIV test.
1) When you say the window period is 28 days, does this mean it's conclusive if the test is done ON the 28th day post exposure and beyond? or ONLY if done beyond/after 28 days?
2) Day 0 is considered the day of the exposure right?
3) Why some sites state that DUO test picks up 95% of infections at 4 weeks and 5% of people may take up to 3 months? Is late seroconversion a myth? or is this a legal thing only?
4) what about HIV-2? I know the p24 antigen is for HIV 1 , but is the 28 days window period of the DUO also for HIV 2?
5) My exposure was on 29th september at 14:40/2:40 PM. If I test on 29th october with duo, would that be conclusive?
I would really appreciate your reply because I want to test for peace of mind cause I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl and she claims she is negative but only testing would give me relief. But also I need answers for this questions so I can feel good about the DUO test i'm planing to do.

It is conclusive 4 weeks after exposure and some say slightly before so that is all you need to know. If she tested neg at the proper interval then you can't have a risk anyway, but you seem to know that already.
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors so do not pay attention to all the sites that you might locate otherwise we will be here forever since there is not consensus and some sites use ridiculous conservative risk factors that have never manifested in 40 years of HIV history.

Thank you very much!
So my future test on 29th october with exposure on 29th september would be conclusive if non reactive (which is the most likely, having the result is always better).
And also conclusive for HIV 2? I know this one is not common outside southern africa but still it concerns me.

Yes I have seen that other sites are very conservative and give people unnecessary anxiety with their timelines.

thank you again!
??
you've been answered already. 4 weeks(28 days) is considered conclusive
At 6 weeks is 99.78% conclusive if you do a DUO test.
