Urban myth or truth

I have read a lot about "invisible cuts" permitting the entry of HIV. Take a look at wikipedia and masturbation. It states that "tiny mico tears" can allow for HIV to enter the body. Is this bs? Or true? Under what circumstances is it true?

Wonder why they say it? Where is their proof? Is their even such a thing as an invisible cut? How can you have a cut if you can't see blood? My whole body is probably covered in micro cuts for that matter.
