Vaginal fulids touched my urethra chances of contracting HIV.
Hi Sir,I want to ask some question.
I recently received a hand job, and unknown girl touched her vagina and during the end she masturbated me.If there was still vaginal fluid present on her fingers and then masturbated me(touched my urethra). Are there chances of contracting HIV from this encounter?
After exposure,
days 28,I tested P24 antigen test(Non Reactive) &
days 46,tested HIV ELISA(3rd gen) result Negative.
Is it can be change after 3 months result?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
You cannot get HIV from a handjob, EVEN IF vaginal fluid touched your urethra. If you do not engage in one of the two activities I listed above, you will never have to worry about HIV.
