Vance help me

I am a HBV carrier,had an unprotect sex with an women and i have took Lamivudine 0.1g per day for 6 years  ,i want to know  my window time will be delayed or not?8weeks? 3months or 6months?or more ?  (my last test is  200day‘s negative,the hospital uses  Roche E170  HIVcombi ,the 4th generration)
And in the 200 day,i have had tests for 10 times ,all are negative.  shall i go on to have more hiv tests or i am sure do not have hiv ?
is there someone normal  6 months before was negativ ,after then, tests positive  these years?

0.1mg will not cause a delay in your window period. You are conclusively negative.

you are conclusively negative and you don't need more testing.

a false negative can only happen if you test too early in the window period. not after 200 days. your result is accurate and reliable. take care.

Because of Hepatitis B and Lamivudine 0.1g per day for 6 years,what is my window time?
200day‘s negative can prove i do not have hiv?
