Very Worried

I had a high viginal sexual exposure with an infected gal,i went on PEP within 24 hours but in week  i developed a sore throat and it seems like it doesnt want to clear and has made my lymph nodes in the neck and under the chin to be swollen, can this alone be a sign of ARS

If one has ARS symptoms they come on 2-4 weeks post exposure and  last 1-2 weeks.
