HIV doubt

I had a not protected sex with a girl I met.
I thought it was a mistake and I ask her to do the HIV test.
After 49 days she made an HIV test. She did it with ECLIA COBAS ROCHE (HIV1 / HIV2 AgP24). Result negative.
Then I did the HIV test at 6 weeks (42 days) with HIV1/HIV2 ab/ag (combo). Result Negative
Then I asked again to her to do another test after 11 weeks (77 days) again with ECLIA COBAS ROCHE (HIV1 / HIV2 AgP24). Result Negative
Can I have any advise from a doctor if I can stay calm and relax. Can I consider these tests definitive?
I am very stressed about it

Bro the cdc is the goverment(USA) in particular in making recommendations to all Labs. What they say actually becomes the law regarding testing. Take care!

ALL,
Thanks for your posting but....
the doc you are posting are refer to LAB RECCOMENDATIONS.
they are just saying which are the step to follow if the test is negative or positive. They are not saying which is the window period at which you can considered a test definitive if you consider a IV generation test.
They are saying that if you make a test with a IV generation you do not have to repeat the test (but in for laboratory purposes)...it is not refer to window period...
A doc should take part to this discussion to agree or desagree.

I just quoted the cdc. If you cannot trust the cdc guidelines. Its up to you what you want to believe. And yes the cdc might be conservative but they are very scientific.

If you test negative after the 4th gen test no testing is needed.
