No, if you did a 4th generation test which seems to be the case as you checked for both antigens and antibodies (they have to check them at the same time though to be 4th generation test, if you only did an antigens test at 8 weeks then it is not valid), your tests are considered conclusive by the CDC at 6 weeks (and 4 weeks by most experts)

you dont have hiv...further testing is not needed.

if you are having health concerns, work with your dr...it's NOT hiv related.

I did p24 antigen test at 21 days after explosion (0.2) and again did eclia test at 95 days after explosion ( non reactive ) I want to know need to do retest please help me
Some specialists (like Dr. Tan) believe that a 4th generation test (ab/ag) at 21 days is pretty much conclusive. This is not the general consensus though and the CDC says the test is conclusive at 6 weeks, while most experts agree it is at 4 weeks.

You barely had a risk and your tests are showing that you weren't infected. Expect another negative.

the time that you are spending on this forum should be spent getting yourself to a lab and getting your conclusive test result.

value does not signify anything...if its greater than 1 you're believed to be infected..but other than that it means NOTHING..MOST HIV tests just report reactive or non-reactive these days without mentioning the index value!!!
get tested now and get back to life! and no a neg 8 week turning positive is rare esp with the sensitive modern day tests!

Shibu are u based out of Middle East now? Where do u hail from in Kerala? We have good doctors here..my suggestion is to see a doctor mainly an Infectious Diseases specialist or someone from Internal Medicine. Tell them your medical issues and get the right guidance...Medhelp is a wonderful forum they even advice to consult a Doctor. My problem was just going and asking for a Hiv test..I should have seen a doctor and got pre counseling.  However I saw a doctor and got post test councelling..my ID specialist put my mind at ease to a great extent he said I am safe after a complete blood check. ..I have become overtly sensitive looking for symptoms now I jump at everything...despite having a 14 weeks negative combo test. ..I think u r in a similar situation. ..a doctors words could certainly bring more clarity and I am now following my doctors advice to break the thought of Hiv and not look for symptoms....god bless you brother

If you took a test at 8 weeks its not likely to change.
