Was I at any Risk for HIV?????

2 weeks ago while playing basketball I scraped my knee on the floor.  I was bleeding and grabbed a nearby towel to wipe the blood off.  I did not realize but there was blood on the towel already and I rubbed it against my cut.  The blood on the towel was still wet!!  I later found out that the individual that towel belonged to had recently tested positive for HIV!!  The blood that was on that towel from the HIV+ person was there about 2 to 3 minutes prior to me becoming in contact with it.  I have read that HIV does not survive well in the environment and it all depends on the viral load, and since he recently tested positive that would mean he currently has a high viral load and the longer the virus can live outside the body.  I am married and hate to pass anything to my wife as we are trying to have a child.  Just wanted to get anyone's thought on this if this is a risk at all or not.  Should I get a 3 Month Test?

Thanks for your opinion on this Teak.  I have been a little worried since this incident occured as it was known that I came in contact with HIV infected blood.
