Was I at risk for HIV transmission by semen entering a cut on my foot and leg?

Hello, I was invited to a bath house for the first time by one of my friends. As I was exploring the building I stepped into a dark room with hard floors with various televisions and pornography playing. As I entered I noticed two people leaving. Everyone walks around barefoot and with only a towel around their waist at these places by the way. Anyway, as I entered the room I sat down and the back on my knee where my leg bends touched the chair which had a sticky substance on it, possibly semen/sperm/ejaculate. The reason I am worried is because I have this bad habit of scratching the back of my leg vigorously when I sweat, usually causing some abrasions/bleeding. In this particular instance I had a small cut maybe at cm across which was red, not bleeding but not scabbed either. I probably caused this scratch maybe 20 min earlier as I was driving to the bath house (the back of my legs usually itch when sweaty so I tend to scratch as a habit since my car has not ac and it was hot out.) So, that is ONE exposure I am worried about. Furthermore, as I was walking about this room I also stepped on a few drops of what I'm assuming was semen/sperm or ejaculate. Normally this would not have worried me BUT but I was barefoot and had cracked skin between the small toe of my foot and the toe beside it caused by what may be fungus or athlete's foot. The top layer of skin between my toes was peeled back and cracked and had some red skin/tenderness but NOT bleeding. I am worried that when I stepped on this substance it might have rubbed into the cracks between my toes as I walked around the room and later into the carpeted halls.

So please, experts, If you would kindly evaluate my risk for contracting HIV by exposing the cut on the back of my knee and the cracks between my toes to fresh semen/ejaculate. I say fresh semen because it's possible that it was maybe 2 min old or so as it might have been from the people that were leaving as I entered the room. I'm pretty certain it was semen. I mean, what else could it be in a room where pornography is playing?

So overall would you say I am at risk and require testing for:
1. exposing the cut on the back of my knee to semen on a chair and...
2. stepping on semen while having cracked and tender/reddish skin between my toes

I would appreciate any answer you might have. I have been having headaches and sharp pains in my armpits and constant soreness in my groin, and sharp pains there as well that come and go, so naturally this is freaking me out. All of these symptoms started at around the 1 week mark and I am now at exactly 4 weeks since the exposure.

As comment above, HIV is so fragile it dies as soon as exposed to air so you had no risk.

Has anyone with medical experience seen a similar case such as this and assessed the risk? Have there been instances where something like this has resulted in infection?

HIV is very fragile, I think i'ts impossible to the virus to infect in that way, you don't even need to get tested.
