Weird situation! help!

I had (kind of) a 3some with some friends m/f couple. I’m a female. I say kind of bc at some point I stopped it and left. I was pressured into it and they got me very drunk first, though I can’t blame them for MY behavior. As far as my participation.. I had vaginal sex for maybe 10 minutes w a condom. And I had oral sex with both of them briefly w no protection. I feel like there is more risk from the male. They are probably high risk bc I know they get around. I don’t know what I was thinking. He did not ejaculate into my mouth.
So, the next day, I started feeling like I was coming down with something.. (I know that is typically too early to start having symptoms of hiv infection. But hear me out). I started having a bad sore throat, body aches, tiredness, headaches, nausea, swollen lymph nodes, no real fevers that I know of. This went on for two whole weeks. At one week after I feel like it got worse. (Which is where I’m at now. Really now it’s just feeling very weak and kind of nauseous. I did go to the dr a couple of times. I got my throat tested for all kinds of stuff including chlamydia and gonnorhea, but still waiting on the results. They treated me for those just in case. After the medicine my bad sore throat finally went away and I felt a little better over all. But like I said now at 2 weeks post possible exposure I still feel very weak and tired. (No strep or mono or Covid btw). I’m just super anxious and not sure what else it could be, so in my mind that’s what it is. And maybe I’m just venting a little too. I plan to get tested soon. If you have any helpful information please feel free to share.  Thanks.

Sorry for your worry but we want to put your mind at ease.  As you had ZERO risk from your activity. The ONLY risks for HIV are having unprotected (penetrating, no condom) vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV syringes to inject drugs.  Air and saliva both inactivate the virus.  Therefore, you did nothing risky, whatsoever.  Your symptoms are coincidence. We all an get viruses and stress can actually give us symptoms. But rest easy regarding the HIV concern as you had no way of getting it from your activity.  No reason to test, no risk.

Thank you for your response. The mind has a way of turning things into something it’s not.

You can't get hiv when a condom is used and oral is zero risk so you are worried about the wrong disease if you think your sickness has something to do with hiv. Continue working with doc if still sick - testing for hiv is a waste of your time so that will just prolong your anxiety if you are sick.
docs can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them and neither should you as far as hiv is concerned.

Thank you for your response. I just tend to get anxious about it when I make dumb decisions I guess.
