Dr Sean Cummings (Freedom Health), believes rapid test is over 97% accurate at 6 weeks and over 99% accurate at 3 month's.
Sorry for the earlier mistake.

Didn't you mean, 'rest assured, they are not caused because of HIV.'

Hi, I understand exactly how you feel. Rapid tests are very accurate, so no need to worry. Also you had protected sex, so there is no risk. All the symptoms you provide could be caused by anxiety. Because i felt the same way when i thought i was positive. You DO NOT HAVE HIV. Trust your doctor, they would not lie to you for any reason.

If your symptoms persist, go talk to the doctor again. But rest assured, they are caused because of HIV.

Hi,

Don't be scared.
You had protected sex. so no way could you get HIV and you have a negative test to prove it.
I can only suggest if you remain worried about your lymph nodes, speak to your doctor. It could be a hundred other things.
You can never diagnose HIV by symptoms alone so you have nothing to worry about.

Take care.

Sorry, but I don't know where you got your information from?
To the best of my knowledge, Dr HHH and Dr Hook have never said that a rapid test is only 85% accurate after 3 month's. This would be totally out of character of them.
A modern rapid test after 3 month's is considered as accurate as any other HIV test (lab test).
A rapid test is considered essential in many 3rd world countries where people many not be able to get to city based laboratories.
In fact Dr Sean Cummings of the International HIV forum consider a rapid test 99% accurate at 6 week's as did Dr Jose. Surely Dr Hook and Dr HHH would agree with them.

All the best.
