What if....

I know oral sex does not pose any risk.
But what if a girl for example has a syphilis sore in her mouth. Wouldnt the fluid coming out of this sore be infectious and pose a risk while having oral sex? Or would the saliva neutralize the fluid?

Maybe its my fear, that brings me to such academic questions, but i cant stop thinking about this special case.

Sorry for the misleading question. I meant: If a girl has a syphilic sore, is the fluid coming out of it infectious for HIV, too? Thats said, does this fluid pose a risk while having oral sex?
