What is my risk of HIV by performing oral on a female sex worker

Dear Doctors and Experts,

This is going to be a long description. But I am trying to give you as many details as possible out of my anxiety and fear of acquiring any sort of STD.

I am a M39. I recently performed oral (cunnilingus) on a female sex worker who was in this profession for 8 months (she said so). During the session I so happened to touch her anal region also with my tongue (anilingus). I want to know the chances of getting infected with HIV and any other STDs. I am afraid because I came into contact with her vaginal fluids in my mouth during the session and for the following reasons.

1) I had a sore which was there for almost 6 days, but got healed after 2 days after the session. By this I can say that it was 70-80% healed by the time of session.

2) I had chapped lower lip. Though it was not bleeding, to understand the status of my chapped lip, I put lemon on my lip and it was stinging.

3) I fingered her and later found that I had a small cut on my finger which was not bleeding at the time of session. I got this cut 2 days back before the session.

4) (Day 18) My left lymph node under the jaw swelled a little with pain. But it was gone after 3 days. On the same day I also felt some sort of rough texture (small tiny sand like texture) on the sides of my inner cheeks and corner of my upper lips. I also had irritation on the tongue and mild burning sensation of the lips. Then I started taking Vitamin Tablets with B vit and C vit. But no improvement till date, except slight improvement in the tongue irritation.

5) (Day 31 ) I felt the same rough texture in the middle at the starting point of soft palate. Since then I have a very mild uneasiness in the throat. I went to doctor after four days and he asked me to take Vit Tablets which has lactic bacillus acid. He put a tube in the throat and said there is nothing suspicious, except that there is very mild redness in the throat.

On this same day I got the girl tested for HIV and Syphilis. Her results were negative.
The method used was CMIA. HIV I & II was 0.12 (Non-reactive) and
VDRL (RPR - FLOCULATION TEST) was also non-reactive.

Because of anxiety and fear of the window period she might be in, I started PEP exactly after 44 hours, but stopped it because of its side effects. I took it only for 12 days. The drug was TEEVIR (Atripla in US)

I know that after taking PEP I need to wait for at least 4 weeks. But on Day 16 after exposure, i.e 36 hours (One and a half day) after stopping PEP I took a HIV test because of anxiety and the result was negative.

I also took a Liver Function Test and Complete Blood Picture which again put me into confusion.
The following are the test results which worried me.

Complete Blood Picture:
Total RBC - 5.66 (Normal: 4.5 - 5.5 millions/cumm)
Eosinophils - 6 (Normal: 1.0% - 6.0%)
Monocytes - 10 (Normal: 2.0% - 10.0%)
ALL OTHER READINGS WERE NORMAL

Summary:
RBC : Normocytic Normochromic
WBC : Normal in morphology, maturity and distribution
Platelets : Adequate
Method : Automated

Liver Function Test:
Total Protein (TP) - 8.4 (Normal: 6.6 - 8.3 g/dL)
Globulin - 3.7 (Normal: 1.8 - 3.6 g/dL)
Gamma-Glutamyl Transferace (GGT) - 36 (Normal: 0 - 55 U/L)
ALL OTHER LFT READING WERE NORMAL

How do I interpret these results? Couple of months back I took the same tests and all the readings were in normal rage. Do you think these slightly higher values of the test are a result of the medication TEEVIR and the antihistamine or could there be a possibility of HIV or some other infection like Oral HPV, HSV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Oral Thrush, Hepatitis, etc?

More details:
22 Apr (Day 1) 7:00 pm : Date of exposure
24 Apr (Day 3) 3:00 pm: Started PEP - Started feeling dizzy on the same day. I also got the symptoms of diarrhea from next day onward.

27 Apr (Day 7) 9:00 pm: Changed PEP timing from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm because of side effects
02 May (Day 11) : Observed mild rashes on chest
03 May (Day 12) : Took citrizine (antihistamine) along with TEEVIR
04 May (Day 13) : Took citrizine (antihistamine) along with TEEVIR
05 May (Day 14) : Observed not much change in rash. Took TEEVIR (last dose - 12 completed)
06 May (Day 15) : Stopped taking TEEVIR. But still experiencing dizziness and uneasiness.
07 May (Day 16) : Rashes slightly decreased. Still experiencing dizziness and uneasiness.
08 May (Day 17) : Rashes completely gone. Dizziness faded away, but still feeling uneasy.
09 May (Day 18) : No dizziness. Feeling uneasy. Left lymph node swelling with mild pain. I felt some sort of rough texture on the sides of my inner cheeks and corner of my upper lips.

10 May (Day 19) : Feeling uneasy.
11 May (Day 20) : Started feeling almost better after stopping TEEVIR.
12 May (Day 21) : Lymph node swelling subsided.
18 May (Day 27) : Last day of diarrhea symptoms.
22 May (Day 31) : I felt the same rough texture in the middle at the starting point of soft palate. Since then I have a very mild uneasiness in the throat.

26 May (Day 35) : I went to a doctor (ENT) and he asked me to take Vit Tablets which has lactic bacillus acid. He put a tube in the throat and said there is nothing suspicious, except that there is very mild redness in the throat. And on this day I am posting my question.

Hello,
Oral sex is not considered as a risk of HIV transmission.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care

Hi,

Could you please elaborate your explanation point wise if possible based on my question. I am only worried about the symptoms that I am currently having.

I got her tested on the 3rd day after my exposure. That is why I am afraid of the window period and my symptoms.

Correction in my question for the following paragraph:
