41 year old male got shingles, desperately worried about HIV!

I am a gay from Chengdu China, where many HIV positive gay men there. for years i followed the instructions from Dr. on this site, believing protected anal sex is safe. in sept. of 2018 i had the Duo test and it's negative. afterwards i only had a few anal sex, and i only be top. and all the anal sex was protected and using the durex i bought in big supermarket, and everytime i checked the condoms afterwards to make sure it's not broken. On other occasions, i only had oral sex. I performed slightly for several times, never let them cum in my mouth. and i received several oral sex, some deep throat. as i learned here, all these should be safe.
i dont have high fevers in these years, the only time i was 37.9 for a moment, after i took a TYLENOL pill, it came back to normal that afternoon, so i guess it's fine.
but on 1st of march this year, i got several rashes on my chest and back, it appeared over night. that night i wore too much and a new wool quilt so i guessed it's because of heat. but yesterday i went to see a Dr. she told me it was shingles.
I know normal people get it too, but mostly HIV people. I am only 41, i should not have had it. i have regular dental ulcer for years, recently i had three lasting for almost a month. my mom had rheumatism, i was worried i inherited it, that's why i had ulcer and shingles? recently because of the covid-19, i was staying at home for 40 days, slept much less and felt stressful, but that could lead singles? i always assumed i was healthy.
Now I am so scared, and the hospitals are not ready for blood test, what shall i do? can anyone analyze my chances of getting HIV?

Your message has been fully answered that you had no HIV risk.  We are sorry about your shingles, please speak to your doctor about that but this is not an HIV concern.

I am positive you have already been told that protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  The only risks are unprotected (NO CONDOM) vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  That you keep coming back to hiv fear indicates a mental health situation in which my whole hearted recommendation is to seek help from a psychiatrist and psychologist to get that under control.

As you can see from my comment, there  are indeed bad guys trying to infect others. I actually met one and the test was only 25 days, shouldn’t I be worried?
You appear to have an anxiety disorder.  I would focus on that. You don't have HIV and  have been told repeatedly that you had no risk.  Your inability to accept it and create scenarios in your head regarding getting or having HIV is indicative of a need for mental health help. I'm not trying to insult you in any way but encourage you to get the real help you need.  HIV is the focus today but anxiety is the problem.  I hope you sort that out but I am not going to keep answering the same question.  Take care.
I was awaken from sleep by the pain now. So painful I don’t know why this happened. I believed I was stronger than most people, but now I get this most weak people get. And I am gay. Is that just coincidence?! I am so desperate, pls help me!
You used a condom and it didn't break. You had no risk. You can stop worrying now and move on with your life. As long as you always use condoms and never share IV drug needles then you'll remain HIV free.
Shingles is very painful. You really need to go see a doctor for that issue.

You only have shingles. Anyone without hiv can get shingles (which is why I got the shingles vaccine) or dental ulcers so there is no reason to think that proves hiv.
It is easy to analyze your chances of hiv - they are zero. You need to move on from hiv, which hopefully is easy to do, since you explained that you know you did not have a risk for hiv. A test would be a waste of time, since there is no risk of hiv, so nothing to test for.

Thank you for your reply. Theoretically I have little risk of HIV but what if there was something I didn’t notice?  I forget to say the last time I had Duo test In 2018 was at 25 days, is that conclusive? The reason why I went to test was because the guy I dated rubbed his penis against my anus, trying to get in. I refused and he used a condom and we had anal sex for several minutes. Because I had doubt I didn’t let him continue. He didn’t cum and the condom was not broke. Later I pushed him to test hiv by threatening to call the police, and it turned out he was positive. And he was not surprised so I guess he was trying to infect me. However i didn’t take prp afterwards cause I learned here that I had safe sex. And 25 days later I took a duo test and it’s negative. Do you think I need to test again?
Please stop.  You do not have a risk and do not need to test.  Please seek help for your anxiety.
