What test is more reliable at this point?

I'm pretty anxious and stressed about Hiv at this point.
In July I was diagnosed with 2 stds, and I had began to have sex with a new guy about 3 weeks prior knowing I had these stds, we always used condoms, that didn't fail.
Since I did get an HIV test in the window period and it was negative, at this point I wanna be sure of my status and thinking if I should get a RNA PCR test or buy an Oraquick test. It's been about 6-9 weeks since I began sleeping with this guy, what would be more reliable at this point? And an off the wall question, could nasal congestion be a symptom I've had it for a month now, after a cold?
Thanks, any answers would be much appreciated :)

No currently available test is conclusive pre 12 weeks.

Any FDA approved  ab test is conclusive post 12 weeks.  But you had condom protected sex and you have no reason to test. Agonizing over tests will drive you postal.
But, if it makes you feel better go to your neighbourhood Walmart  and buy an Oraquick at the three month mark post last exposure.
It will be negative based on your posted sexual history.

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV and never needed testing.
