Ok, im not sure but teak is this right?
. As the virus replicates faster than the body can produce white blood cells, the white blood cell count is reduced. The body has a second line of defense called C cells that take over the job of the now almost depleted white blood cells. Eventually the C cells are depleted and the last line of defense, called T cells are used to combat the virus.

Its ok, ill give you an answer. Yes your body still produces these normally with the HIV infection, but as HIV progresses, its harder for the body to keep up with the demand of the Virus, Everytime a white blood cell is produced it gets attacekd by the Virus. While some escape free to do thier job, When you have a count of 200 and lower, this is when the body has a difficult time fighting off infections.
