White coated tongue and Severe pain in the feet

I had protected sex with multiple sex workers until Sept 2008 and recently in April 2009 got 3 antibody Hiv test done - which came as Negative. (i.e after 6 months to my last exposure). I always have severe guilt feeling. I had multiple symptoms starting from Headaches, low graded fever, initially got pain in lymph nods in the neck, very rarely chills, severe loose motion, lack of energy, itchy rashes on my legs and arms, dryness in palms, severe white coating on my tongue, giddiness, itchy and burning in eyes and last but not the least - very painful especially front portion of the feet.

Most of the symptoms are temporary but white coating on the tongue (innermost portion with rised bumps) and severe pain in the foot is my real concern. Till today im facing this pain. Im not even able to ware shoes and walking normally.

My questions are:
1. Do i still need to worry about my Hiv status or any other STD
2. Do i need to do any other test.
3. Why do i have white coating which is so scary even though my test is negative
4. Why do i have such a bad pain in my feet.

You are CONCLUSIVELY negative and DON'T need additional testing. You never needed to test in the first place.

2. Do i need to do any other test.

     NO

3. Why do i have white coating which is so scary even though my test is negative

Almost everybody has a white coating on their tongue, it is completely normal and has nothing to do with HIV.

4. Why do i have such a bad pain in my feet.

Go to a podiatrist for your foot pain but forget about HIV as a cause

1. Go get tested again for all STD and HIV just for piece of mind!

2. Go to your doctor he will decide on other tests.

3. If the withe coating is thrush it can be cause by other things other than HIV or STD, You get thrush when a yeast called Candida, normally found on the body, grows out of control.

4. That i do not know it could only be checked by your doctor.

I really think this is not a HIV problem, 3 months is conclusive but get checked anyways!
