White spots on back throat.
I have always get thrush since I was younger so I know what it looks like. I always have a little in the side pockets in the back of my throat. So I know this is not thrush. Yesterday I was crying all day so I had mucas come out in my throat. Now I see the a white blotch in the center of my throat which is normal cause it is mucas but i see a white blotch to the left almost by by side pockets (like greyish skin). I also have allergies sometimes. The guy I had sex with had flu or mono 3 days after having we had intercourse. I completely freaked out. I do not have swollen glands although, I have been able to feel soreness in my armpit just a couple of days ago. I had diarreah one day, my stomach has been upset and it seems like my metabolism in my stomach is working turbo. I have lost my belly. Can't sleep cause of the anxiety. No rash, no strong headaches, some muscle aches. I am so worried, I have to wait to get my 25 day test atleast. I don't know where am I gonna live and how to live. Can anyone give advice? My family is flying in for support but I don't know what I am gonna do afterwards.
hi i just read your post and im gonna give you an advice that could help you .. you can tell all your worries and how you feel and beg for help to jesus of nazareth he will give you support no matter your sitiation, tell it to him from the bottom of your heart , he is always there to listen to us, im gonna tell you what somebody told me "we have big problems but we have a god that is even greater than our problems". i hope you feel better, god bless you!
I am out of state, so like urgent care, hospital, aid centers, phychiatrist? I don't know where to start. I need to calm down and get sleep. I have to be strong for my mother but I am breaking down with the anxiety.
i think it is time that you sought the help of a mental health professional to help you work through this anxiety.
