My tongue is white in the morning. But after eating and drinking water the white spots dissapearred. Is that normal? After hours without eating and some water  the white spots appeared again.

Gum problems or not, kissing has never been a mode of HIV transmission and never will be,if it was we would all be HIV+.

I meant if during the kiss there were gums problems?? I believed that if there is leukoplakia or smt like that it will not appeared and dissappeared. But the fear is a difficult situation.
