Why Vaginal Fluid doesnt infect outside of body

Hi I have already asked but I didnt understand. Theoretically if vaginal fluid came into penis tip(uretha) while rubbing, there is a risk. However experts in medhelp says there is no risk and no need for test. Is it because of oxgyen or  no documanted case? Thank you

It's because of BOTH of those reasons.  Fluid outside of the body is no longer infectious, and nobody gets infected from fluids outside of the body.  There is no reason to keep focusing on ANY sexual event that does not involve unprotected anal or vaginal penetration.  You will never get HIV another way.

You are focusing on the wrong virus. You had Covid risk so you could transmit it to your wife, but not any hiv risk so you need to put this in perspective instead of continuing to worry about a virus that you can't have.
