Will I be the first one?

Two and half months ago I had a sexual worker performing oral sex on me. Condom was used, but she might have put my penis into her mouth briefly without it. I also fingered her for about a minute or two, I had no cuts on my finger. 3 weeks later I got sore throat, slightly swollen lymph glands in my neck and armpits. I also had short sharp pains in my breast muscles and thighs. Not a real fever, just slightly raised temperature. I used antibiotics and the symptoms disappeared after about 10 days. I continued to have a tingling feeling in the back of my knees, on and off until last week.
Last week (2 months after exposure) and 1 month after having the first sore throat episode, the symptoms returned, this time stronger. I have a sore throat, slightly swollen lymph nodes under my chin, armpit and in the back of my head, raised temperature...I am going nuts with fear. I only had oral sex from her and fingered her...will I be the first one actually documented case of getting HIV from purely oral sex or fingering?
