Will I get HIV from this?

I am a male. Three days ago, I had a oral sex with a stranger (transgender, possibly HIV positive). All she did was she gave me a kiss on my lips, then a handjob followed by oral. Before performing oral, she put a condom on me. After oral, i felt guilty and immediately forced my way out. On the same day, I had a headache most probably because of stress and nausea. On the third day , my tongue became white (most probably infected) and have two 'something like a pimple' (I dont know how to identify a rash) on my arm and neck. Its just the third day, can HIV show its symptoms so fast or do i have a OCD? I will admit the fact that i am paranoid even thought the risk rate is very low. Just before the 72 hour mark finish (around 66th hour), I went to the hospital and got myself a PEP medicine, TENVIR-EM, something similar to TRAVADA. Can someone tell me if I have a chance of getting infected or am I just being paranoid.....Please.

A kiss on the lips, a hand job and PROTECTED oral are ALL NO RISK exposures. You did NOT have to begin PEP treatment and I have to wonder why any doctor would prescribe it for a no risk situation.
Your chances of becoming infected are ZERO.
I urge you to become educated about HIV.

But her dental health was really bad, and I think her viral load could be really high...
Saliva is not infectious, furthermore, it has many enzymes and bacteria that nulls the virus. As Rubywitch said, you had no risk and didn't need PEP in the first place.
