Will I get HIV if I drink water with HIV blood?

Hi there, Sorry my english is poor.My friend was injured three days ago. I used a cotton swab to help him clean up the blood. Eight hours later, when I added water to the cup and drank from the cup, I found a bloody cotton swab in it. I’m not sure if there was water in the cup before.  My mouth has a broken mask (not mouth ulcers and no bleeding). If my friend is HIV-positive, will I be at risk of contracting HIV after drinking this sip of water? In my country, some doctors said that the virus is in the water for two hours  Later, I lost infectivity, but some doctors said that the blood with HIV would not completely coagulate in the water it would be infectious in three days. There is no accurate conclusion about the infectivity of HIV in vitro. I am very anxious.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You CANNOT get HIV by eating or drinking anything, even if it has blood in it.  HIV is not transmitted via the mouth or by ingesting bodily fluids.
