Will I get HIV?

I had sex with a prostitute around 4-5 months ago. (I had no symptoms of HIV till now, except some flu which I usually have due to cold) During the sexual intercourse, my condom tend to slip halfway down my penis. At first I didn't realize it, hence I continued thrusting. Till when I realize it, the base of my penis was already in contact with her viginal liquid. I quickly pulled the condom back till the base of my penis. By doing this, the viginal liquid entered the inside of the condom. MY QUESTION HERE NOW IS, is it possible for the viginal liquid inside the condom to sip down to the peehole of my penis and enter the urethra, allowing me to get infected with HIV? (Let's say if the prostitute has HIV)
Yes or No, please explain in detail why, as I'm really very worried. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the info. So how much risk do I carry? (From 0-100%) or are there no risk at all?

Yes,understood but that's not how HIV is transmitted,it happens inside the body when an unprotected penis is inside a vagina or anus, not outside it.

As I said, the condom slipped off halfway.. And I continued thrusting my penis without noticing.. Hence the base of my penis was already in contact with her vaginal fluid. After realizing, I pulled the condom back onto the base of my penis.. By doing this, the vaginal fluid were already on the inside of the condom.. Worse case it might have even sip into my peehole and entered the urethra of my penis... Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say?!!

unless the condom broke her vaginal fluids would have never been able to get inside the condom. Please relax, you had no risk.

So you meant even if the girl was HIV+ and her viginal liquid went to the inside of my condom I was wearing (the liquid probably came in contact with the head of my penis as it sipped downwards), there's no risk at all? How does it work.. Is it due to the viral load/time etc? could you explain more pls? Thanks a lot.

But the vaginal liquid may have sipped into the condom and have contacted the head of my penis.. Worse case it might even entered my urethra. If this really happened, do I have a risk of getting HIV? Can I have a more detailed explanation pls? I'm really confused..

As long as the head of your penis remained covered you never had an exposure.
