Window Verification

When the docs on this site say the that for example say 90% of people will test positive w/in 6-8 weeks for hiv.  Does that mean 10% will be positive before or after?  Or does that mean from 0 up to 8 weeks 90% will be positive and 10% thereafter?  These #s are just hypothetical my real question is the interpreation.  thanks

It's called money and your lack of knowledge of how HIV is transmitted. Reread the paragraph under HIV Prevention Community.

If that were true I doubt my MD would have been concerned enough to schedule another 8 week blood test for me at my follow up appointment with him yesterday.  I think its a very valid question just for common knowledge.

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV as you were told before in a previous post.
