Wondering

I had a recent blood test with EXAMONE and my hiv serum blood test came out negative. This at 10 weeks of possible exposure. Is this conclusive? Is the company EXAMONE reliable? Can an ars rash show up on palm of hands and top of foot after this long time?

How do you know an HIV test was done? Most insurance testing does not include an HIV test and when they do they are mandated to tell you verbally or in writing.
