Worried Sick

I had a encounter with a CSW 6 weeks ago..I think she put on a condom and the whole incidence lasted maybe a minute or so..( i was very drunk)..I have had following tests done

HIV RNA - Day 9 - negative
HIV Oraquick - Day 14 and Week 5.5 - both negative

I am worred as last week or so, I have had red bumps develop on feet..( 4-5). and they itch a lot. Also itchiness on neck...I dont have any other symptom..Should I be worried and get more testing done?

Laboratories should conduct initial testing for HIV with an FDA-approved antigen/antibody combination immunoassay* that detects HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies and HIV-1 p24 antigen to screen for established infection with HIV-1 or HIV-2 and for acute HIV-1 infection.

* Exception: As of April 2014, data are insufficient to recommend use of the FDA-approved single-use rapid HIV-1/HIV-2 antigen/antibody combination immunoassay as the initial assay in the algorithm.

Step 3: Nucleic Acid Test (NAT)
Acute HIV-1 infection or “false positive”?
Ensures accurate detection of early infection or indicates a false positive from the fourth generation test.

If positive first test:

Step 2: HIV-1/HIV-2 antibody dierentiation immunoassay

Step 1: “Fourth generation” HIV test
Detecting HIV sooner
Detects HIV in the blood earlier than previously recommended antibody tests by identifying the HIV-1 p24 antigen, a viral protein which appears in the blood sooner than antibodies.

THIS IS FROM CDC..U TELLING ME THAT THE INFO IS INCORRRECT

The HIV RNA Test for Early Detection is conclusive as early as 9-11 days post-exposure. We are the only online STD testing service that provides this FDA-approved RNA- based HIV Early Detection Test. This test looks for the presence of HIV RNA in the plasma of patients. It can detect acute (new) HIV infection without the presence of antibodies (proteins produced by the body to fight against the HIV virus) in the blood. This makes the HIV RNA test the most sensitive and accurate HIV early detection test available on the market today.

I plan to get tested at 12 weeks..I have read HIV RNA and Oraquick at 6 weeks are 99% valid. Is that not correct?
