APTIMA RNA test at 2weeks and Oraquick 2 months

Hello medhelp fourm
I took a APTIMA RNA test at 2 weeks and a Oraquick swab at 2 months, is this a good indication that my
3month Oraquick swab will be negative? And also the APTIMA test has a sensitivity of >30 copies at reliability of 99.8%. Can RNA be detected after seroconversion?

So generally speaking i should just go get an antibody blood test to rule out infection?

Not really, at 28 days the antigen begins to drop off and the antibody production starts.

Thanks for the response, so the RNA antigen isn't detectable anymore after the 28 day period? And will do I go to the docs in about a month for another test.

2 month test a good indication, but next test you take have a Dr draw blood.
As for RNA, the antigen it looks for drops off at about 28 days and at 14 days is another good indication you don't have HIV.
