Worried about exposure..

Tonight I met a guy online. He invited me to his house. He told me he was a nurse at the ER and I noticed his license framed on the wall. We went up to his room and started to exchange massage. He starter jerking me off playing with my pee-hole and wiping the precum. I started going in to touch his and he notified me he was poz and undetectable. He said it was better not to take it out but rather just touch it thru his pants. I decided after few minutes that I was done being jerked off and we called it a night as we were down stairs and I was leaving I noticed a big rash on the top of his hand it included scabs.. I'm terrified that blood could have gotten in my pee hole :( very worried. He's a nurse so I imagine it's from scrubbing hands and gloves. Should I test? B.T.W. hand jobs are all I do with men.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had no risk and do not need to test, and YES, I am taking into account the fact that he is HIV+.  No one has ever contracted HIV from a hand job, whether the person they received it from had cuts, scrapes or rashes on their hands. There is nothing you could add to this scenario that would make it a risk.

You had zero risk and you do not need to test.
