How is my risk of getting infected?

Hi Doctors, I need your help please.

I had anal sex with a guy 5 days ago, he is the receptive part and I am the insertive part.
I was not fully erected, before the intercourse, the guy lightly touch his penis head on mine, there was some pre-*** transferred, he quickly wiped it out with a paper tissue. Then I put on a comdom, the comdom did not fully cover my whole penis, it was about half the way from the top.

The intercourse lasted about 5 minutes, I ejeculated. After I pulled out, the comdom was not broken, but still it only covers half of my penis. The problem is, the guy wiped his anus with a tissue and found blood on it. I was scared, I don't think there was any blood on my penis, or on the comdom. But I had a small bruised area on my penis where the comdom did not cover. The bruise was from a day before, there was no open cut on it, nor blood was found from the day before, it didn't hurt when water touches the bruise, it also didn't hurt when I press it, in fact I was no aware of this bruise until this session.

I asked him about his status, he said he got tested some 20 days ago and it was negative. But I really cannot be sure about this, as he said he had numerous sex with female, and some with guys (both receptive and insertive roles).

After this event, the very second day, I caught a cold. I monitored my temperature constantly, there was never fever, the area where my nostril meets my throat was aching in the first day but after I took some cold pills it disappeared. Now I am still experiencing the cold symptoms, like fatigue, swollen nostrils, some coughing.

How high is my risk of contracting HIV? I am afraid, and I am scared, especially hae no idea whether I should have sex with my wife.

Thank you so much.

Only the head needs protection and if it was so loose that it wasn't protected then it would have fallen off. No idea what point you are wondering about after you pulled out but it is irrelevant since you can only become infected during penetrating unprotected.
People cough on your lips and door knobs so colds are to be expected at any time which means you are wasting your time trying to isolate the cause of your cold. Cold pills, whatever they were, don't do end colds FYI.

Thanks for your reply.

I was not afraid untill the guy wipe his anus and blood is on the tissue. I am sure that the head was protected during the insertion. My worry was the small area of bruise, is there any chance this area can be a problem?

What I meant by cold pills were Tylenol... Sorry for the confusion.
I asked again the guy about his status, he assured me that he is negative. He said he had an unprotected session with another guy, and was worried so he took a test at the beginning of this month and it was negative.

Somehow I am a bit relieved by this message he gave me. But still, I cannot be sure about his words, that is why I am worried.
You must be very anxious because you didn't understand anything I told you, because you just repeated what you said before. I can't make it any simpler - you said you are sure it was protected.
OK. thanks.
I think I am not sure about the head part.

How about the bruise? Can I get infected by blood drop (or rubbing with blood as this case may be) on the bruise? This bruise is not covered by the comdom, I cannot be sure whether blood was on it or not. However, the bruise is not an open cut in the skin, it is like the area of skin was pressed hard and there is a mark on it.
Only the head needs protection.
This is not a penis bruise forum, so see doc to figure out what happened because it has nothing to do with HIV.
Thanks.
