When it comes to sexual activities - no penetration = no risk.  Penetration means penis in a vagina, unprotected.  If that didn't happen, you didn't have a risk, no matter what "what ifs" you can think of.

The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

If you do not do either of those activities, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.   You had zero risk from this event and you do not need to test.  There is no information you could add that would make this a risk for HIV.
