I did a new relationship with girl but without sex and without condom I rubbed my  penis on her vagina. After that, the vaginal fluids go inside my penis during the rubbing.

After a few days she became on period and her vagina was bleeding and I did the rubbing for my penis and her vagina again from under my clothes during her period and her blood fell on my clothes.

It was without condom too.

I am worrying if her blood go inside my penis because it was without condom and she was bleeding as I said before.

Moreover, I put my finger inside her vagina during her period and my finger was wounded and some of her blood came on my wound on my finger.

After that, she did Oral sex and she sucked my penis without condom.

After that, I got hard kisses until her lips wounded after that I gulp her blood during I got kisses with her.

I am worrying if got a Hiv virus because of this relationship.

Should I do Hiv virus test?

You had zero risk and are testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk.HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.  
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

Nothing else, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV.   No penetration with your penis = no risk.  Fluid and blood are NOT infectious once they leave her vagina.

There is no detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV, and you do not need an HIV test, since you did not have any risk.
