Worry, please help me!

Hello!
I'm 27 female.I have psoriasis and in my blood work little lower lyphocites and little higher TSH for thyroid. Me and my boyfriend are in realtionship two years and we yesterday we have Hiv tests. Test we took is antibody test, it is not elisa, it is eclia, but i don't know is it 2nd or 3th generation of test, it just says that is for igm and igg antibodies and NO for p24, only antibodies. I have nonreactive result and boyfriend too. I was relifed when i saw result but today i was started to freaking out because i am not sure about one thing: i hade unprotected vaginal exposure with one guy almost 7 years ago and unprotected vaginal and anal sex with other guy 4 years ago. Would my antibody hiv test be able to pick up infection from 7 and 4 years ago? Do i need some other kind of test maybe or i am negative for sure?

Hiv test in the US are pretty much 3rd and 4th generation test which are conclusive at 90 days from the last time you had unprotected sex.
