Worth a test or not? And what level is the risk

Hi, pls help, just really wanted to ask a question,4 weeks ago I had protected vaginal for 5 min & unprotected oral from a girl who's status I didn't know, the condom however almost slipped off to around 3 quarters up, a couple times during, I think I put it back each time (possible exposure), however I did finger (i had bad cut from hangnail) her then masturbate with same hand after, she was also having unprotected oral&vaginal with my mate (who's status I also do not know), I know she has casual sex with others also, she is 20, half Jamaican& half English quite bad scent from her vagina.
I woke up the next morning had a shower straight away. 3-4 days later developed a finger infection(which pasted after 10 days) dull ache in lower abdomen and testicles (which lasted a couple weeks on/off) and a bad cold with cough sore throat fatigue and fever, which cleared up after 5 days (cough continued for extra couple of days), one week later (day 14) develop tickle throat which goes away after 2 days, day 24 I then have another cold with headache, nasal congestion, some fever, fatigue painful swollen lymph nodes armpit and neck, nausea and breathlessness, very stiff neck, shoulder muscles, and some back and abdominal pain & watery irritated eyes. I also have areasome of itchiness on palms which turn a little red, some areas spots appearing around body (not as collective). My anus has also been quite itchy, I booked a test but still very nervous. Pls reply, Thank you
